Competitive fish

My earlier posts of fish being fed in the Chao Praya River at Bukkhalo Temple, Bangkok, October 2008 were taken with a slow shutter speed, giving an artistic look. These two photos were taken with a faster shutter speed (1/350), freezing the motion. Different takes on the same experience!

Flying pigeon

I love this photo. I took people feeding fish (you can see some on the right hand side of the picture) in the Chao Praya River at Bukkhalo Temple, Bangkok in October 2008 and caught this white pigeon either taking off or landing. So cool. Click on the picture to really see the motion!

Beautiful Bukkhalo temple in Bangkok

This is the beautiful Bukkhalo Temple, Bangkok overlooking the Chao Praya River. I took this picture in October 2008. Usually the sky in Bangkok is overcast or smoggy but it had been raining earlier in the day and the pollution had gone, leaving a beautiful blue sky.
