The ceiling of the Stunning Chompon cave which is located in Chombueng, Ratchaburiin Thailand, taken in October 2008. Beautiful shafts of sunlight come in through here. The cave entrance is not this opening but rather an entrance at the bottom of the hill.

Chompon Cave

Stunning Chompon cave which is located in Chombueng, Ratchaburi in Thailand, taken in October 2008. It is a huge cave with a vast amphitheatre letting in light from an opening at the very top. It was stiflingly humid inside the cave. The photos look grainy because I shot these hand-held using the natural light, which there wasn't much of, just the brilliant shaft of light coming in from the opening.
