Uncle Ho
A archetypal Marxist banner, with the sickle and a red flag and a smiling uncle Ho who looks suspiciously like Vladamir Ilyich Lenin. Taken in Hue in March 2008. In all the places we went to in Vietnam, Hue had by far the most communist propaganda. So anachronistic. Vietnam, on the surface anyway, appears to be one of the most capitalistic societies on earth.
