I got on the bus one morning in Canberra in November 2006 to go to work and noticed that the young woman sitting in the seat in front of me appeared to have something tattooed below her neck. Took a while to see it as her hair was in the way but fortunately she was flicking it every so often. I couldn't believe what I was reading. It was a real tattoo, not a stick on one. I got my little pocket camera out and recorded it for posterity.
