This is a very strange image. An apartment building in Saigon completely lit up and clothes hanging up at the front of each window, giving a bizarre effect. I did not have my tripod with me and it was 6.30 pm in March 2008, so winter and already dark. I set my camera to ISO 1600 and, using vibration reduction, tried to steady myself as best I could and took a few shots. This one was the best of the bunch, shot at 1/15 th of a second.
