Great Barrier Reef
Some unusual photos of a coral reef, in this case the Great Barrier Reef just south of Cairns in Queensland, Australia. I took these photos on August 2008
now that I look again, don't you think that the island in the last photo here looks just like a Dugong?! The indigenous ancestors had it all over us when it comes to understanding landscape! They could 'see' this even though they never dreamed of flying over it in a tin can like we do.
