No humbug here!

The housing cooperative building at the Aboriginal community of Nguiu on the Tiwi Islands in April 2008. This is where you pay your rent. The no Humbug sign refers to the common practice on Aboriginal communities of demanding goods or money from others (Usually relatives who are culturally obligated to provide for you, or non-Indigenous people) at no cost to yourself. Similar to begging or panhandling, and a real scourge in these parts.
